Yesterday i had a idea how to create a pumpkin in the GIMP using a gradient.
I record this video without sound but i think you understand it anyway.
If you want a Halloweenface in it you can simply use the pathtool to cut it out
and add a black or dark brown background.

I just played with letters an combine them to a new shape in Inkscape.
Now you can download it as pdf-file as shape for Alchemy or as animated brushes in two versions for GIMP.
